YOU ARE NOT ALONE

How We Can Help

  • NEW Guests:  please see "What to Bring" on your first visit.
  • Guests are welcome to come once each month to receive help, or they may designate a proxy to pick up their food with written consent.
  • Guests must reside in Walworth County and meet the income eligibility requirements found here.
  • Guests over 60 years old may also qualify for the Senior Stock Box Program (an extra box of food monthly) if their income meets the guidelines found here.

If you need another type of assistance, dial 2-1-1 from your phone, or see our list of local resources.

Distribution

We are open for you to receive Food, Diapers, and Period Supplies:

Thursdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM

Fridays 9:00 AM - Noon

We are closed Monday - Wednesday.

We are located off Highway 67, just south of I-43 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, and share a building with Open Arms Free Clinic.

205 Commerce Ct., Elkhorn, WI 53121

(262) 723-4488

In the event we are required to close completely or change our hours,  a notice will be posted on the home page of this website, at our facility, and on Facebook.

All guests receive frozen foods, dairy, canned goods, dry goods, and a choice from our fresh produce, hopefully enough for 10-14 days of meals.  We are privately funded and mainly staffed by volunteers, so quantities and selections vary from week to week.

Diapers, adult incontinence products, and period supplies are also available.

Guests are welcome to come back for food once every month.  In emergency situations, we will consider all requests.

EVERY VISIT: please bring your current photo ID and bags for your produce.

FIRST TIME VISITORS:

Please complete the application found HERE and also bring the following: a photo ID, a legal piece of mail confirming your residency in Walworth County, and proof of each person in your household.  Examples: first class mail received within 30 days, utility bill, lease, rent receipt, deed or mortgage, school documents, FoodShare letter, or photo ID showing current address.

EVERY 12 MONTHS we are required to verify income and proof of residence.

If you are unable to leave your home, please send a written note and a copy of your ID with a friend or relative who will serve as your proxy to pick up food.
